CALLUM Reservation Fee

Once you have entered your contact details and paid a reservation fee of £500 (Reservation Fee), CALLUM will pass on your details to the nearest CALLUM approved retail partner (CALLUM Retail Partner).  We will process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy at www.callumdesigns.com/policy

You may request a refund of your Reservation Fee at any time, in writing prior to confirming your order.  Refunds can only be made to the individual who has paid the Reservation Fee and will only be made to the card used to pay the Reservation Fee.  We will endeavour to refund your Reservation Fee within 30 days of receipt of your written request.

While this Reservation secures the approximate delivery priority within your region, it does not constitute the purchase or order of a vehicle. When the start of production for your Reservation nears, we will ask you to configure your CALLUM SKYE. CALLUM will create an order for your vehicle and you will receive a Purchase Agreement indicating the purchase price of the vehicle, plus estimates of any applicable local taxes, duties, transport and delivery charges, and any other fees. If you proceed with the order, we will apply your Reservation Payment towards the order payment. Until you enter into a Purchase Agreement, your Reservation may be cancelled at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund of your Reservation Payment.

The CALLUM Retail Partner will decide whether to accept an order for your CALLUM SKYE.  There is no obligation for the CALLUM Retail Partner to accept an order. The CALLUM Retail Partner will notify CALLUM in such cases and the Reservation Fee will be promptly refunded.

Upon acceptance of your order, your order will be held under the CALLUM Retail Partner’s Order Terms and Conditions which it will provide to you. The CALLUM Retail Partner will at the same time either confirm the price stated on our website or notify you of any change resulting from exogenous events.

At that point, you will be asked to confirm your order or to withdraw.  Once you have confirmed, you will be bound by the Order Terms and Conditions and will only be able to cancel if allowed to do so by the Order Terms and Conditions. The CALLUM Retail Partner may ask you for a further deposit under the Order Terms and Conditions. Any such deposit is in addition to your Reservation Fee. The Order Terms and Conditions will also govern the terms of payment or refund of any additional fee, tax or deposit that the CALLUM Retail Partner requires. The balance of the purchase price of the CALLUM SKYE will be due upon completion of production of the CALLUM SKYE and prior to its registration and delivery. 

Where a Reservation Fee is refunded to you, we will only be liable for the sum paid.  We will not be obliged to pay you interest of any kind in respect of the period of time during which we hold the Reservation Fee.  We accept no liability for interest even where you have used credit to pay the Reservation Fee.

Our maximum liability to you under these terms and conditions will be an amount equal to the Reservation Fee that you have paid to us.  We may retain your Reservation Fee if you fail to respond to us within six (6) months of CALLUM or a CALLUM Retail Partner contacting you to discuss your CALLUM SKYE order details or we are unable to contact you within that period having made reasonable efforts to do so. It is therefore very important that you inform us if your contact details change after you make your reservation.

You understand that we will hold your Reservation Fee in a separate deposit account and no interest will be accrued on your Reservation Fee. Your Reservation Fee is not transferable or assignable to another party without the prior written approval of CALLUM, CALLUM Retailer Partner and both parties that are subject to the Reservation Fee transfer.

Any marketing materials indicating specification, options, or performance are indicative only and are subject to change before the order of your CALLUM SKYE is confirmed by you.

These terms and conditions govern your payment of the Reservation Fee only.  Any order for a CALLUM SKYE will held under the Order Terms and Conditions and the CALLUM Retail Partner is ultimately responsible for the fulfilment of all supplier obligations imposed by the Order Terms and Conditions.  

We may vary our terms and conditions without notice, from time to time so please review them each time that you visit this site. 

These terms are governed by English law and wherever you live you can bring claims against us in the English courts. If you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. We can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in.
